this is the first step in my shadow mere re-texture and as soon as i figure out how to make areas of a particular model glow i can start the next step. (any ideas on glows?)
this is a HQ 1024 x 1024 realistic re-skin of the shadow mere horse, the whole look is redone and also has its own bump map.
to install unzip into the skyrim/data folder.
Update 1.1 updated the normal map to take away the shine the horse had
