Lowers the weight of alchemy ingredients.Weight is lowered by 50% in most cases. A few items (like butterfly wings) are <50%, and a few (like Giants Toe) are >50%. The UI won\'t display hundredths so 0.05 *displays* as 0.10 but is still calculated correctly. NOTE: Apparently this can cause localization issues?, so if anyone would like to h
