Pinecrest Estate is situated south of Falkreath - the property is located in it's own worldspace, so it should be compatible with everything.  Mods that add to or alter the gate area at the end of the road may block the entrance - let me know if you find any.  The main house has see-through windows and no loading doors, with a forge area, a greenhouse and a guest house (also no loading doors) in the back yard.  Requires all DLC.

     - The home's exterior doors and gates close automatically, so your kids and followers won't leave them open

        compatibility with follower mods)

     - Armory with 28 mannequins, 20 shield racks, 11 dagger display cases and 98 weapon racks

     - Greenhouse with respawning plants and hearthfire planting soils

     - Farming plot with respawning crops and hearthfire planting soils

     - Three chickens, a cow and two goats

     - Small horse stable just outside the gate

     - Completely navmeshed by hand









Notes:

     - Incompatible with Unique Border Gates by duinnin (it places a new gate/wall on top of the entrance to Pinecrest)

     - There is a "lore-friendly" that will replace the sofas with regular noble chairs/benches, if you prefer a more lore-friendly look.

     - If the main version (1.4.x) causes your FPS to drop too much, use the older version 1.3 instead.  They are exactly the same except that version
        1.4 has shadows and 1.3 does not.

     - Your horse will not follow you through the gate into Pinecrest.  As far as I know, there is no way to force a horse through a loading door, so there is
        a small stable outside the gate.

     - There is one bed for a follower in the main house.  The other 8 beds are in the basement area of the guest house (the stairs are behind the
        bookshelves)

     - The Gallery is in the basement area of the main house.

     - The armory is below the smithing building (there's a trapdoor next to the tanning rack)

     - The guest house sleeping quarters are located behind a loading door to ensure compatibility with follower mods

     - The armory and gallery are located behind loading doors to reduce lag

     - The display activators in the gallery were either pulled from or created based off of those in skyrimlazz's Displays - Dragon Claw and others
        resource.  As noted on his mod's page, weapons and armor will lose their smithing upgrades when put in a display, so maybe don't put them in here
        until you're done using them.

     - The gallery is set up for the way I wanted to display my collection.  Some unique weapons and armor are meant for specific mannequins and
        weapon racks and therefore don't have activators.  Of course, you can put your stuff wherever you like, but I have included a list as an optional
        download for anyone who wants to see how everything fits.  There are two tables and one shelf with no activators - they are there for using Jaxonz
        to place any other shinies you may run across.

Installation:
     Install with NMM, or extract the files into your data folder


Uninstallation:
     Remove yourself and all of your items, kids, followers, pets and wives, then uninstall with NMM or delete the files you extracted
