This mod adds a "travel tax" to carriage travel and room rental, making it 10x more expensive to travel. I recommend using this mod with the "No Fast Travel" mod, and a mod of your choosing that lowers your run speed.
Effective rates are:
Room: 100g
Travel to Major Town: 200g
Travel to Minor Town: 500g
Note: The mod does not display the updated price in the dialogue text with the npc, but it will subtract the correct amount of gold and display the correct amount removed in the gold removed message.
Install: Place [ HT_traveltax.esp ] in Skyrim/Data. Load with launcher.
