I created this house for my character in a couple of hours using the creation kit.
In this house you have a kitchen, a pool/shower area, crafting room, and a Master Bedroom.
There are also mannequins to put your armor on, and also chests here and there for you to store your equipment and items.

You only need the base-game Skyrim to use this mod. You do not need any other mods.

*Installation*

Extract DwemerHome.zip to:
F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data

or

Extract DwemerHome.zip to any folder and manually place "My Dwemer Home in Riverwood.esp" inside your Skyrim Data folder.

Start up Skyrim Launcher and go to Data Files, then click one time on the box next to "My Dwemer Home in Riverwood.esp".

Play Game and go to River Wood (starting town after Helgen's dragon attack), then go across river to your new home.
The home is located right across the lumber yard, you can't miss it.
