Bri's Home V2.5

Description:
This mod adds a new Player Home.(released as an .ESM (master) to allow future moding) NPC additions, Home content changes, Etc.
Bri's Home is very loosely based of Breezehome, (Pun, very much intended)
It has been made Slightly larger, and now includes an attic and a basement.
It showcases many of the finest "modders resources" that have been released, and some of my prior works as well.
It can be used as a "Stand Alone" Player Home or Better yet, ...This house was designed for Bri, and it is her daily schedule that will make this home come alive.

Highy Recommended Additional Mods for Bri's Home
"Bri - for Bri's Home Edition"
Adds a NPC named Bri who owns this house, and You can earn the right to live there via a short quest.

Features:
- Some of the best modders resources available, to date. Way too new many new items for me list them all out, better that I just say the contents of this house are approximately 90% new and only 10% vanilla
- Custom Furniture and invisible furniture markers, that both Player Characters and NPCs can use.
Making some posing with your favorite NPCs quick & simple.
- A working Shower and a working Bathtub. Useable by PC or NPC.
- Food will appear on the empty plates when PC or NPCs sit down.
- Sitting and eating causes dirty dishes to appear in the kitchen sink. They will remain until washed.
(Note, For those using the "Bri - for Bri's Home edition" mod, Bri will do the dishes 3x a day for you.)
- Full crafting stations located in the attic
(ON by default but can be removed by the user via crates located in the basement.)
- Up to 10 mannequins available for the attic 6 female 4 male *each sex added separately*
(OFF by default but can be installed by the user via crates located in the basement.)
- Private Beach*, with towel "laydowns" and shade umbrella and cold drinks.
(*beach is only "semi private" if your using the "Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite" mod)
- Candles are on a timer but both candles and fireplace can be turned on/off by the user by using the matches provided (look close)
(Note, For those using the "Bri - for Bri's Home edition" mod, Bri will Light and extinguish the candles during her daily routine.)

None identified yet.
However, like most mods that add buildings to skyrim, I'm sure there are some "world modifier" mods that could cause issues. (Like flora and landscape mods)

Incompatibilities:
Skyrim Community College by RKO381 (we apparently both built on the same land, but it looks like we are after "different users" so it should not be an issue for many)

F.A.Q.
Q: You said there were mannequins, I dont have any mannequins in my attic.
A: you must first go down to the basement and unpack them from the crates.

Q: I dont want crafting stations in the house. Can they be removed?
A: Go down to the basement and pact them up, into the crates.

Q: why no cooking station?
A: There is a cooking station, It is just not always out front of the fire, being an eyesore.
Click on the cooking pot on the fireplace harth to enable/disable the cooking station.

Q: When I go into the (shower/bathtub/bed) my character still has clothes on.
A; This mod does not remove clothes from "Player Characters".

Q: When NPCs go into the (shower/bathtub/bed) they still have undergarments on.
A; This mod does not make NPCs nude, it only removes their clothing.
