-3 Separate Rooms
-A Kick-Ass Bookshelf
-A Closet-of-Many-Uses (CMU)
-A Chair or Two
-Food Crates
-Complete Crafting Area
-Probably Some More Ish I Forgot
So download this stupid mod and travel north...ish out of Whiterun and snag a base today! (Base is automatically marked [but not discovered] in map on start up)
WARNING: Side-effects may include but are not limited to: Blue-Screens, over heating, motherboard meltin', molestation, evil shrimp, implosive sneezes, 'the herps', the clap, mild cases of death & disowning, and extreme cases of disappointment.
