Some of the NPCs in Skyrim were so homely they looked downright malformed. Garthar for example looked like a frost troll had stomped on his face when he was a baby. So I went about fixing them. I updated facial geometry, eyes, noses, brows, whatever I could to make these NPCs look a bit better (some look a great deal better). Some folks got baths, some got new threads, some both. Warpaint has been added or changed on a handful of people.

The facial age on a number of players was changed to either better match their voices or because I thought they looked far too old or young, however, a few I made younger just because. :)

The list of updated characters is in the readme and currently includes 111 NPCs I originally had only set out to do a handful of NPCs but got carried away. :)

Faces of Skyrim now includes NPCs from Hearthfire and Dawnguard, Dragonborn will be done at a later date (Need to play that bit some more first).



These are the body and face mods I am using (NOTE: body mods are adult). None are required to use Faces of Skyrim but they will certainly help the end result:
