Copy alle the files included with this mod into your Skyrim Data Folder
--Uninstallation---
Prior to remove the mod's files type "Stopquest CarryWeight" into the console, then remove CarryWeightExtended.bsa and CarryWeightExtended.esp from your Data folder.
