This is a small Farm located in Ivarstead, near the Lumbermill. It has everything you need.
Requirements:
Skyrim
Optional:
A Dragon that sits on top of the Farm and watches you, while you do gardening. It will protect you while in range and never die, nor attack you. Hopefully he will speak sometime soon.
Just Install the Main file AND the Dragon file, if you have only the dragon file, it will sit in the air and do the same animations as with the Farm installed.
To Do:
-Dragon will give the Player some Items, if he wishes so.
-larger Farm areal
-underground Basement
