Adds a permanent night eye effect to the werewolf transformation

When you transform into a werewolf, a permanent (actually 999 day) night eye is cast. This is dispelled when the transformation ends.
This mod does not change the night eye effect itself. If, like me, you use a darker lighting mod, I suggest downloading a brighter night eye mod such as Better Vampire Sight and Night Eye.

Compatibility
This mod changes PlayerWerewolfQuest and PlayerWerewolfChangeScript. Any mods which affect the same are likely to be incompatible. If you load this mod first, this will simply mean no night eye for werewolf. DawnGuard will likely break this mod too when it's released.
