This will restore Windhelm to it's original state before the civil war. There are only a few items that need repaired one being the large cement structure in the middle of the market. It really looks a lot better with that fixed. There is also some roof damage and if your in the temple and look up you can see out through the roof. Well that's all fixed up now. You can also install it before or after the civil war and all will be the same.
