Used TESVEdit to clean the mod

Fixed some Recycled Tages(thanls to GreyCross)
Re-finalized the navmesh(not sure why the Creation kit suddenly needed this)

Integrated Hotfix
Expanded the Room bounds to see if it fixes the fireplace disappearing
Cleaned up the navmesh
Replaced some old items using recycled tags for new ones to stop the USKP from messing with them
moved a few idle markers

FOR CLEAN INSTALL REMOVE EVERYTHING NOT NAILED DOWN AND SAVE FROM PROUDSPIRE. IF YOU DO NOT THERE WILL BE DUPLICATES AND HAVOK

Known Bug
I have Mjoll as a wife with her boytoy Aerin visiting, Him leaving the house triggers the script so it plops you outside too. Its mildly annoying but doesnt happen often. will try and fix
I have been tinkering with this for 2 months and have 150 revisions XD
Anyway as long as you have Realistic Lighting With Customization and do the clean save everything should at least load correctly.
