A little farm in Riverwood called Sunnyriver, your Stormcloak cousin left you his farm after his wife and child got taken hostage by the legion. Your cousin now left you his farm, and he himself is going to join the Stormcloak once again.
What this mod got in stock :
A little farm called Sunnyriver which includes, a main room with a cooking pot, a bedroom with a weapon plague and a mannequin, a storage room and a little basement. Further more it got a road leading to your farm (had a lot of work on that one ._.), a little cropfield and a working mill.
