About this mod

this mod contain an ENB profile and an ESP. it\'s goal is to create a global climate, that permit you to have many wheater type wherever you are on the map. it\'s a fantasy weather profile.

Permissions and credits
THIS MOD IS OUT OF DATE, i don't know what i'm going to do with it for now, i'm gonna wait a bit since ENB's evolved everyday, i suggest you to not DDL this file for now, but i let it here as an exemple of a possible futur release: (local -> global system enhancement)

1.3 version videos:

the video damage the contrast and colors, but permit a quick diaporama of 300 screenshot (so there is more to see).
screenshots are better in quality. but i have only uploaded 175 screens (only :P)

-"original timescale" (1h = 20h)
-"timescale 1 real hour means 5 game hours"

Functioning of the mod:
1st, what is the vanilla weather system? there is 1 global climate who contain one or two weather
and a lot of local climates that contain 2 or 3 wheathers. the global climate change the weather 1 or 2 time in 24hours
since the the local climates are overiding him as long as you enter in a "local" area. the "vanilla" override and volatility balance
give more importance to local climate, and provide numerous wheather change. it's a bit redundant because the weather is always
the same localy, and if you cross skyrim from one side to the other, you can have 5 or 6 wheather change in 12 hours.
my mod take advantage of vanilla system (Logical suite of weather progression),
but i've added 26 weather to each climate (global and local) and i've lowered local climate overriding probability.
it means that the weather will change with location but less oftenly.
it also mean that it will not change directly and necessarily when you enter in a region.
and more than that it permit to see all regions in different weather condition.
so it can be clear, cloudy, stormy, snowy, rainy, foggy, etc..., everywhere.
of course the weather i've added are fully personnalized and provides a fantastic theme.
the ESP is accompanied by an ENB profile who is the base of general light/colour tone.

i've tryed some other postprocessing effect like bokeh DoF, different AA, vignettes etc.. they work correctly with my mod but they have a performance cost. if you know how to procceed you can add those effect. they are not available in my files you need to find them on ENB site
or here in certain Mod. i've not tryed SSAO it's too hard for my PC so you may need to configure it (in ENB) before using it

the install process of an ENB is not simple, specialy if it's first time
read with attention the read me "in read me tab" and description
or each documentation include in this mod.

birth reason of this mod:
i realy like ENB profiles, specialy the highly colorfull ones. but it sadenly have side effect.
waters, snow, fog far, fog near, clouds, sky and ambient colours are not directly influenced
by ENB, and so, sometimes they are totaly Non-granted with general scene colour tone.

by adding an ESP who tune weathers, we can erase ENB lacks. that's what i've tryed to do.

the other aspect of this mod is to change the idea of "local weather" that bethesda have done.
their weather system is far more complexe than mine, and realy Effective.
but it's a bit redundant
-80% of the time windhelm is snowy weather
-winterhold maybe 90%
-whiterun 80% clear weather
etc...

so i decided, for first step, to create a global climate who have more influence on the overall map.
and i've added many diffrent and new weather to some locale climates (winterhold region, the breach,etc..)
after this i've changed the local climate overriding probability, so a global climate is less overrided by local ones.
(there is exeption, some quest are calling a specific weather, or some tiny location have a specific climate too,
i kept them intact).

this climate have 26 weathers:
9 variation of clear weather (highly clear, less clear, a bit cloudy, 3 type of auroras, and one 24 hours aurora)
5 variation of rainy/stormy weather (rain, heavy rain, low rain + low thunder, heavy rain + thunder, only thunder)
4 variation of snowy weather (snowy, storm snow)
3 variation of fogy weather (fog, heavy fog)
2 variation of cloudy weather (cloudy, cloudy+aurora)
1 clear/rain weather
1 sovngard like weather
1 clear wheather diffrent dusk and dawn

idea for next release:
-a "less colorated" version
-i will surely do other climate (winter, spring, autumn) and maybe a seasonal system (i'm looking at papyrus possibility)


the weather have been made from vanilla one's
the change i've done are:

-accorded each atmosphere of each weather.
-edited their imagespaces
-changed some dawn and dusk
-added a weather with a 24hours aurora borealis
-added fully personalized weathers
-fixed some effect brights
-increased their transition time
-equalized their probability to appear
-1 weather change in 24 hours (on average)
-dawns starts earlier
-dusk starts later and finish later
-dawn and dusk duration have been increased a bit

i don't know if the sunglare is still available, maybe you will have to find another one.
there is a lot of nice sunglare, even if they are a bit different from mine,
they can be compatible with my mod.


i've added an optional ESP
DWlights: change buggy lights in breezhome.
add/change light source type in some place (more shadow casting)
torch lights radius 2x bigger, and infinite duration
lights emitted by spells (in your hands and when casted) are bigger too.
more location have lights sources with casted shadows:
-breezhome interior
-2 spot in solitude streets
-angarvunde fire camp
-bleackfalls barrow exterior entrance
-chillwind depths entrance fire
-cracked tusk keep forge and fire camp


the general atmosphere that my mod provide:
Fantasy colours, sometimes realistic
darker nights, sometimes clear
many aurora's apparition, and some surprise with them
you will discover many location with a fresh eye, because of weather probability.

if you want quickly see all my weather in game, instead of waiting them:
-open your console (type on little "2" below escape key)
-type "Force Weather" or "FW" followed by weathers ID ex: FW x008eb8)
-the weathers ID first number is dependent of you mods load order, it is the INDEX number, if my mod is the third mod in your mod list, then the INDEX number of ID is 3 (ex: 3008eb8) , if it don't work, try a lower or upper number.

limit of this mod:
water need a proper mod to be perfect, i've tryed to according it, but it's not enough
it can snow everywhere, but the snow does not accumulate and do not covering places who's not snowy, this kind
of features need script.
transition between bright clouds and dark clouds is still brutal, for solving this, i need to add an idea of tiny transition weather
but don't know how for now.


my enhancement wish:
i will release an ESP with less blue nights, i love them like this, but i can understand that it can be boring too. (sure)
add an idea of season, but this step will need script, and for now i'm just learning how it work, so this kind of feature
is not for next update

MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR PREVIOUS TEXTURES, this mod will overwrite snow,ice,1 tundra grass,and sun texture.
check the uninstall process for knowing wich textures will be changed, or simply make a backup of all your textures
from your "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data" folder, in a safe place.
it's always good to keep a copy of your actual textures.
