This is a papyrus source script using to display the distance between player to the objective he hit. You can attach this script to the referenceobjective you want, and every time you make a hit on this objective, the distance between you and it would display.
Remember that the distance displayed is the distance between player and the target in the second the target got hit.
So you should stay still during the time between you fire a ammo and the ammo hit the target if you want an accurate distance show.
Also, you should not hit the target too frequently otherwise the message would not show correctly.
