Lightweight destruction overhaul mod - changed perks tree and added new abilities for some vanilla spells

Novice Destruction (0) - Cast Novice level Destruction spells for half magicka
Apprentice Destruction(25) - Cast Apprentice level Destruction spells for half magicka, Dual casting a Destruction spell overcharges the effects into an even more powerful version
Adept Destruction(50) - Cast Adept level Destruction spells for half magicka, most destruction spells have 35% chance to stagger an opponent when dual cast
Expert Destruction(75) - Cast Expert level Destruction spells for half magicka, all destruction spells cost 20% less magicka
Master Destruction(100) - Cast Master level Destruction spells for half magicka, all destruction spells do 20% more damage
Augmented Flames(30) - Fire spells do 20% more damage and causes targets to flee if their health is low, fire runes do 25% bonus damage
Burns(50) - Fire Cloak reduce incoming melee damage by 25%
Explosive force(60) - Fireball has 25% chance to throw targets on ground
Augmented Frost(30) - Frost spells do 20% more damage and paralyzes targets if their health is low, frost runes damage 200 stamina
Cold Aura(50) - Frost Cloak reduce enemies speed and resist to frost by 50%
Deep Freeze(60) - Ice storm spell decrease target resist to physical damage by 25% for 10 seconds (stackable, and work even target don't have armor)
Augmented Shock(30) - Shock spells do 20% more damage and disintegrates targets if their health is low, shock runes damage 200 magicka
Mana Thief(50) - Shock cloak drain magicka from enemies
Chain Reaction(60) - Chain Lightning spell do 5% bonus damage per each target (max boost 25%(6 enemies))
At 70 Destruction level you need to choose between four ways (can choose only one)
Fire:
Firelord(70) - Fire spells do 30% more damage, cost 30% less magicka, you obtain 30% fire resist, but take 30% more damage from frost
Firecharge(100) - Each cast firestorm increase elemental damage by 10% for 15 seconds (stackable, and when dual casting - increase about 20-25% per each cast)
Frost
Icelord(70) - Frost spells do 30% more damage, cost 30% less magicka, you obtain 30% frost resist, but take 30% more damage from fire
Frost Charge(100) - After casting blizzard spell - all spells will cost 0 magicka for 15 seconds
Shock
Lightning Lord(70) - Shock spells do 30% more damage, cost 30% less magicka, you obtain 30% shock resist, but take 15% more damage from fire and ice
Energy Stance(100) - You can't be staggered while casting lightning storm, also storm drain 20 magicka per second.
All trades:
Elemental Master(70) - Icy Spear and Incinerate spells decrease target resist to shock by 5% for 20 seconds, Thunderbolt decrease target resist to fire and ice by 5% for 20 seconds (stackable, 20 hits = -100% resist)
Experementalist(100) - Destruction master spells do additional damage by another element. Firestorm explosion make Blizzard, Lightning storm make Blizzard when hit enemy, Blizzard don't have additional effect( I tried to make it, but all active magiceffects which i tried to add - worked awful with blizzard so i gave up, maybe will make later)
Other perks:
Rune Master(35) - Can place three runes at the same time and five times farther away
Deadly Traps(65/90) - Runes do double/triple damage if target haven't seen you
Barrier Master(80) - Firewall drain health, Shockwall drain magicka, Frostwall drain stamina
Spellsword(40) - When equipped one handed weapon and spell/staff with same element you have 25% bonus to physical and magical damage
Battlemage Charge(70) - When elemental spell or staff equipped it's give bonuses to your melee weapon in other hand. Shock - +20% attack speed, frost - ignoring 50% armor(work only if target have armor), fire - power attacks do 25% more damage.
It is not a final version of mod. Let me know if mod has any bugs/glitches.
I will not add new perks in future but maybe try add some visual effects for few perks(e.g. battlmage charge).
