A quick mod to remove the blue cloud that surrounds Dragons after using the Dragonrend shout.
I thought it was annoying, it got in the way of some good'ol screen archery, so I thought I'd share it if anyone else was having the same issue.
All this mod does is edit one of the effects in the CK so that it is instant instead of timed, meaning the blue flash will still show on impact, but will not linger.
