Also Found on the Madman on Solstheim, matches same states as chart above AND had its own Crafting (you gonna need alot of wolf pelts and leather strips)

Oh and is ridiculously Warm :P

Craft it wear it or kill madman wear it stalk few ppl and strut your stuff XD
