Small changes to the Advanced Workshop, Miracle and Trickster perk from my favorite skill tree mod Ordinator by Enai Siaion (huge thanks)

Advanced Workshop Unbound - allows you to upgrade the armor table and grindstone, but not at the same time, you can dissassemble one and upgrade an other type anytime, haven't changed the price because it felt kinda cheaty..
AdvancedWorkshopUnbound2.0 - now allows you to upgrade the armor table and grindstone at the same time, when you upgrade an armor table/grindstone the nearby armor table/grindstone will be upgraded as well.
you can disassemble one and upgrade an other pair somewhere else type anytime,
Miracle Unbound- not just limited to one
Trickster -> Perfect touch - two versions:
one that requires you to have level 70 (default)
one than requires you to have level 100 in pickpocket
Make sure to load them After Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim -> https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68425
And that's it!
