Works perfectly with vampires, werewolves, and liches, male or female. In fact, the only wierdness I can trace back to this mod is a very rare twitch when mounting or dismounting the cart that takes you to the Thalmor embassy.
Would it be possible you think to add a hotkey that runs the refresh script? That way if any other issues arise pcea2 could be quickly reset using a keypress?
Bonus points if you could assign the hotkey via MCM
Superb. Works exactly as described, even with oddballs such as Undeath's lichform. Spent an afternoon devising an autohotkey script to do this manually (3 keystrokes), this mod is far superior. Heartily endorsed!
