This adds a buildable home to Raven Rock, it converts one of the two building ruins into a Player Home. It's located infront of Severin Manor.

Hirstaang Estate,
a Player Home great for starting out on Solstheim. Raven Rock is a bit of a mess, so I decided to turn one of the two ruined buildings into a Player Home you can create. It took around a day to make.
Details
This mod was created in around 7-9 hours, not that long. It was tested by myself to see if it worked properly, luckily it does. Cleaned with TES5EDIT.
