Vandfald is a custom player home nearby Riverwood. It was owned by Mildrith, an old woman who spent her last days waiting for her daughter to come back home. You can get the key if you can find "where the bees sleep" on Mildrith's note.
The house is full compatible with Hearthfires and you can adopt up to 4 children. To be able to adopt the children you must have installed Hearthfire multiple adoptions by TMPhoenix and use the spell "bless this home" to be able to move with your family.
