Scarlet is an imperial follower with a spellsword fighting style.

Description
Scarlet is an offense spellsword created without balance in mind, although I'd always recommend high difficulty. Any feedback is welcome.
Location
Sleeping quarters in Castle Dour in Solitude.
Directions- After entering Solitude's front gate walk straight until you see a ramp to the left that leads upwards. Go up the ramp until you see the first archway at the top. Directly to the left after walking through the arch way is a doorway entrance to Castle Dour. Once inside turn at the first right and turn at the first left. END
