Why do I have to buy dawnguard to use this?  I dont want to give bethesda any more money.

I couldn't imagine not eventually get Skyrim LE or SE on the many many times it has been discounted to like $5 or $10, and then complaining 12 years after the game has been release about not owning a dlc

      @orokinlonewolf

Probably because the OP has principles, and you don't.

No, you don't need all these mods in the reqs. Not even dawnguard actually, there's a main/core file that doesn't use it.

Been playing with this for a while and having a lot of fun. This breathed new life into Skyrim for me. Here's three mods to make you life easier while playing with this mod (without feeling like cheating):

Character Creation Overhaul - Gives your character some more points in the desired skill trees from the get-go and makes your character improve faster too. If you save some money and get a trainer you will be on the fast track before you know it. You can also get the blessing of a standing stone from the get-go too if you desire. Will help a lot in the beginning.

Immersive Headshots - Name says it all. It only makes sense that when you shoot someone in the head the die instantly right? Even if you don't invest in archery using above mod you will still be able to oneshot someone with this. If that's too OP for you on MCM you can configure the strenght of the shoot, including the values using a heavy armor helmet, light helmet or without it. Only works with humanoids characters though. Ah, and in case someone's wondering, followers who get headshooted (?) don't die even without a mod like AFT. At least in my experience.

Dynamic Things - Allows you to level up/grind by hitting the practice dummies. Can be a bit tedious/dull but I think it may have appeal for patient or old school players. You can manage the speed you gain skill in MCM. Read about it in the mod page.

And here's two that feel a little bit like cheating but it's more quality of life to me:

No magic ninja ai dodge - Essential (for me) if you plan to do a bit or a lot of archery in the game. It's not even the fact that the enemies dodge the arrows that bothers me, it's the fact that they just teleport in the last moment. There's no proper animation to that and for me feels like a bug (a bad/annoying one).

Infinite Gold For Merchants - This one I'm actually not using in my current playthrough but saves a lot of time. Because there's no scaling you can come across an enchanted daedric greatsword or a powerful staff at early levels. And even if you pick speech using CCO you still won't be able to invest in any shops to sell it for the right value any time soon so you will be forced to carry the valuable item with you around and if you playing with little carryweight (I'm using CCO carryweight optional and a female breton can carry very little) that's bothersome.

Anyway, hope this helps someone enjoy Skyrim as much as I am right now!

Even though it's too old to use FOMOD, At these times there is no problem separating the files into different downloads on the site.
But the worst part is finding enemies that practically take no damage.

Does it need all those extra mods or not?

Hi, some lvl-requiring daedra quests aren't starting for me, for example Meridia, Boethia, Mephala and other. I cannot find Meridia star anywhere except qasmoke and if I take it from there I have no Meridia's voice asking to go to her shrine (but I remember it worked in qasmoke); Hulda doesn't tell about Balgruuf's kids; reading Call of Boethia book (or something) doesn't start the quest and there are no people at her shrine. Even console commands cannot start some of the quests.
I was wondering if those might be some mod related bugs or was it due to player.setlevel 80? Or both?

This is working with my Skyrim Special Edition.
It is only an .esp so I believe there will be no issues.
SSEEdit can be used to merge any conflicts with mods.
No CTD, enemies are changed, more testing soon.

I never found any port or version of Requiem for SSE.
I did not try LE Requiem because of requirements.

How does this mod affects potential followers levels? And what about followers from mods, like for example, Interesting NPCs?
