Lightning Stormhand spell is a new spell that doesn't touch vanilla Lightning Storm, it can be used in right or left hand, and doesn't cause explosion on hit that makes target hard to see. It's damage is half of Lightning Storm while used in just one hand.
It was added to leveled list, so should show up in Feralda shop after doing destruction ritual quest.
