Hair tones remade more natural

This mod turnes the look of all the NPCs and bandits into viking style bearded characters
remakes all the hair tones to more natural ones and edits lots of main NPCs look.
All vanilla, plug and play
LOAD ORDER:
-in the bottom! and start a new game to see all the changes.
latest version is the best one (has all the facetints, fully working perfectly tested etc)
I will bring an update later, with the last bandits edited.

Bandits:
Hand made edits to their look, now all of them will have beards and look nordic.
Jarls:
Ulfric look like Arthas or Vladimir Kulich and is taller.
also Balgruuf is now buffed and good looking,
+some generals edited too.
Redguard:
-Removed all of the redguard bandits i could find and made them nords with beards too,
This change is to make Skyrim feel like a true land of nordic peoples.
NPC followers vanilla:
-i touched Lydia a bit to make her look more cute.
All of the houscarls look better now.
