Enables fast traveling out of every indoor location. Only effects vanilla cells. So mod added interiors that cannot be travelled from, stay that way.
There is an All-in-One version for use with all DLC or Legendary Editions. And a Base-Game version for use without DLCs.
Added worldspaces that didn't allow fast travel as well. So you will truly be able to travel from anywhere.
SKSE is not needed. Keep as low in your load order as possible, to avoid any overrides caused by other mods.
