Mod does exactly what it says on the tin: Prevents magic resistance or spell absorption from affecting the Dragonrend shout. Not sure what use cases other people could have for this, but in my case, I'm using enhanced mighty dragons v4 (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5982/) Which gives several dragons quite high spell resistance, making Dragonrend almost useless against them. I am aware of other mods that give Dragonrend the ability to ignore resistances, but all of the ones I am aware of also increase the duration of dragonrend, making it feel far too powerful against dragons without any resistances.
