Missives Radiant Quests Board, is now available to play in Akavi'r Desert Hold, all quests are localized to make in the desert.
This mod requires:

Gray Cowl Of Nocturnal
you will find the board with quests in the road between Ben Erai city and Ben Erai Fortress, near the Black Mesa Tavern.
Also added some Keywords to some citizens of Ben Erai, so they can be selected by the mod to be Quest Givers.
