This is the mod I used to teach myself CK. I tried to use everything the CK does for level building. Im currently wrestling with the demon known as papyrus, learning to do custom bought upgrades and unlocks, so that the house might be less overpowered in early game.
A note about clutter.
I don't like clutter, when I buy furniture in real life, it would annoy the hell out of me if it came covered in plates and bread and books I don't want. I like the idea of a bare house in skyrim that I can fill with all the stuff I find. If someone wants to make a clutter mod for this player house I have no objections

Thanks to the Nexus forums ModTalk and Bethesda CK Forums, where I've found some very helpful people who talked me through the tricker bits. Particularly Mrpigrizzla who patiently walked me through the teleportation code and Amethyst Deceiver who posted some mannequin code I used. and many others who've helped It's folks like them that make this community so great. Thanks as well for all the feedback on this mod. It's really helped tune it up.
I'm also going to work in a bare version of the house you can upgrade to its current status through questing and coin, at the moment its a bit powerful for a lvl 1 player to just walk into. But I will will leave the original fully unlocked house up for download.
I welcome feedback and constructive criticism, and please endorse if you enjoy it.
