Warrior Poet Powers brings ESO, Mass Effect and Dragon Age like powers and
combos to Skyrim, encouraging fast paced, in-depth, and rewarding
gameplay for skilled players.

(Future versions might change the acquisition of powers.Powers are not added to
vanilla merchants. This is to avoid overwhelming merchant inventory
during trades)

Warrior Powers
 
Cutting Bones
In 15 seconds, your two-handed attack leaves your enemies weakened and
bleed 12 points damage for 8 seconds. Costs 160 points stamina.
 
Mighty Blow
Your two-handed power attacks paralyze the opponents and deal 120 points bonus critical damage for 4 seconds. Costs 120 stamina.
 
Mountain Strike
A powerful two-handed weapon art with, +50% damage, +140%power attack
damage, -30% damage taken, sweep attack and no stagger. Lasts 4 seconds.
Costs 150 stamina.
 
Shield Breaker
Your non-standing one-handed power attacks paralyze the opponents and deal 80 points bonus
critical damage for 4 seconds. Costs 90 stamina.
 
Sword Dance
Lost art that boosts 60% critical chance, 50 points critical damage, sweep
attack, stagger immunity and 40 points bleeding damage for one-handed
weapons in 14 seconds. Costs 140 stamina.
 
Rampage
Go on rampage, gaining +30% power attack damage, +10% power attack cost,
+20% incoming damage, +30% movement speed and losing 10 points health
per second for 12 seconds, reduced by armor. Costs 40 magicka.
 
Blood Rage
You take 70% damage and deal 140% damage physically for 10 seconds, and
power attacks cost 70% stamina. Bleed for 25 points health per second
for 10 seconds, reduced by armor.
 
Primal Fear
Targets flee for 5 seconds and are physically weakened. Costs 100 Stamina.
 
Moving Fortress
Sacrifice movement for -40% physical and magical damage taken, -80% stagger, +40%
spell absorption, 70% reflect damage and 3x bashing damage for 20
seconds. Costs 150 Stamina.
 
Guardian Stance
Power bash inflicts -200 armor, -20% magic, poison and disease resistances,
stagger and random knockdowns in 18 seconds. Gain -30% one-handed power
attack cost and lose 8 points health per second. Reduced by armor. Costs
60 magicka.
 
Firebomb
Throw a firebomb at enemies, slowing them down and dealing 30points of physical damage for 6 seconds. Costs 110 stamina.
 
Dust Storm
Lost Ra Gada art that deals 16 points of weapon damage per second to enemies
around and physically weakens them for 10 seconds. Costs 120 stamina.
 
Green Pact
Lost Bosmer art that binds enemies in place for 4 seconds and absorbs 8 points stamina for 10 seconds. Costs 100 stamina.
 
Hist Grasp
Call upon the Hist to deal 15 points of disease damage per second to
surrounding enemies and reduce their disease and poison resistances for
10 seconds. Costs 120 stamina.
 
War Thunder
A powerful shout that knocks down surrounding enemies and deals 180 physical damage in 3 seconds. Costs 120 stamina.
 
Viper's Breath(alteration)
Call upon the venomous dragon, Peryite, to deal 75 points poison damage over
3 seconds. Improved by alteration. Costs 150 magicka.
 
Poison Cloud(alteration)
A poison cloud that knocks down enemies, reduces poison resistance and
deal 15 poison damage for 10 seconds while physically damaging the
caster the same amount. Costs 150 magicka. Improved by alteration.
 
Warrior's Reflex
Slow time for 6 seconds, improved by alteration. Costs 80 stamina.
 
Challenge Sky
Challenge the might beast of the sky for a fair dual in 18 seconds. Costs 90 magicka.
 
Devour Souls
Devour dragon souls to have -40% spell and power attack costs, 8 extra poison
doses, increased speed, and 30% boosts to all offenses and defenses for 5
minutes. Costs 1 dragonsoul.
 
 
 
Death Knight Powers
 
Reaper's Call(conjuration)
Absorb 15 points health and sunder armor by 240 points for 10seconds. Costs
150 magicka and 100 health, reduced by armor. Improved by conjuration.
 
Death Knight(conjuration)
Raises all dead around you to fight for you for 30 seconds.Costs 90 magicka
and 90 health for each corpse, reduced by armor. Improved by
conjuration.
 
Undead Servant(conjuration)
Summons an Undead Servant with dark powers from the Soul Cairn for 60 seconds
wherever the caster is pointing. Costs 120 magicka and 120 health,
reduced by armor.
(Drain vitality)
 
Corrupted Shade(conjuration)
Summons a Corrupted Shade with dark powers for 60 seconds wherever the caster
is pointing. Costs 120 magicka and 120 health, reduced by armor.
(Frost breath)
 
Draugr Warlord(conjuration)
Summons a Draugr Warlord with dark powers for 60 seconds wherever the caster is
pointing. Costs 260 magicka and 260 health, reduced by armor.
(Drain vitality, damage shield)
 
Dread Cloak(conjuration)
For 15 seconds, opponents in melee range are slowed, weakened, and take 15
points frost damage per second. Costs 120 stamina. Improved by
conjuration.
 
Soul Burn(conjuration)
For 15 seconds, conjure a cloak that deals 15 points of fire damage and absorb 10 points
stamina per second. Costs 150 Magicka and 150 Health in 15 seconds,
reduced by armor. Improved by conjuration.
 
Apostle of Horror(illusion)
Enemies are slowed and flee from combat for 5 seconds.Improved by illusion and
fear effects. Costs 140 magicka and health, reduced by armor.
 
Plague Doctor(restoration)
A vile explosion that corrupts armor and deals 15 points of disease
damage to health and stamina for 10 seconds. Improved by restoration.
Costs 140 magicka and 140 health, reduced by armor.
 
 
 
Ranger Powers
 
Power Shot
Your bow does 240% damage, 120 points critical damage and causes stagger in 5
seconds. Also grants you stagger immunity. Costs 90 stamina.
 
Wind Shots
Invoke the power of The Great Hunt. Get 60 points bleed damage, 50% stagger
chance, 60% critical chance and 40 points critical damage for your bow
in 18 seconds. Costs 120 stamina.
 
Assassin's Shot
In the next 4 seconds, your bow deals 22 points damage per second for 20
seconds, causing -30% poison, disease and magic resistances and -380
armor. Costs 140 stamina.
 
Focused Shots
Hold your breath to gain +50% bow damage, +60 points critical damage, +30%
incoming damage, -99% movement speed, and lose 10 points health per
second for 10 seconds, reduced by armor. Costs 70 magicka.
 
Toxic Weapons(alteration)
Coat your weapon with poisons. Deals 45 pts of poison damage,slows the
target and reduces armor for 3 seconds. Lasts 20 seconds. Costs 100
stamina. Improved by alteration.
 
Ice Trap(destruction)
An ice trap explodes for 50 points frost damage and freezes the target in
place for 5 seconds. Costs 230 magicka. Improved by destruction.
 
Immobilize Trap(alteration)
Cast on a nearby surface. A magic trap immobilizes enemy for 30 seconds. Costs 350 Magicka. Improved by alteration.
 
Poison Trap(restoration)
A poison trap that causes 8 points poison damage for 10 seconds upon triggering. Costs 200 magicka. Improved by restoration.
 
Spectral Arrow(conjuration)
Fires a Spectral Arrow at the target doing 25 points of magic damage for 3
seconds, greatly reducing armor and staggering the target. Costs 130
magicka. Improved by conjuration.
 
Serpent's Bite(illusion)
Paralyze the target for 2 seconds, and deal 120 points irresistible damage over 8
seconds. Costs 100 stamina. Improved by illusion and calm effects. Does
not stack.
 
Shadow Form(illusion)
Become invisible for 7 seconds. Activating an object or attacking will break the spell. Costs 65 magicka.
 
Shadow Lord(illusion)
Become totally undetectable for 5 seconds. Spell and attack damage are boosted
by 20% and with 100% critical chance. Activating an object or attacking
will break the spell.  Costs100 magicka.
 
Predator's Move
Call upon the spirit of sabrecats and boost your movement speed to 1.6 times of normal for 15 seconds. Costs 60 stamina.
 
 
 
Mage Powers
 
Oblivion Call
Invoke the power of oblivion to gain 30% spell magnitude and 50% spell duration while it burns your soul. Consumes 8 points of health per second for 8 seconds, reduced by magic. Costs 120 magicka.
 
Dagon's Ward
A magical shield absorbs all spells and damages the caster for 40 points in 5 seconds. reduced by magic.
 
Absolute Annihilation
Call upon the Prince of Domination to gain +50% spell power,+20% spell cost, +30% incoming damage, -99% movement speed, and lose 6 points health per second for 8 seconds, reduced by magic. Costs 90 magicka.
 
Flame of Oblivion(destruction)
A slow-moving fireball doing 25 points fire damage per second for 6 seconds. Resisted by magic.
 
Frost of Order(destruction)
An ice storm causing 25 points frost damage per second for 6 seconds. Resisted by magic.
 
Void's Grasp(destruction)
Storm from the void that deals 12 points shock damage per second and reduces
magic resistance of enemies around for 10 seconds. Resisted by magic.
 
Lingering Fear(illusion)
Aspect of fear that lowers magical defense and deals 15 points of health and
magicka damage to enemies for 10 seconds. Improved by illusion and fear
effects.
 
Orb of Meridia(conjuration)
Summon the Orb of Meridia that deals damage to surrounding enemies.
(Shock/frost AoE debuffs, magic resistance, no movement)
 
Mistress of Coldharbour(conjuration)
Summon the Mistress of Coldharbour who uses her unique powers.
(Fire based AoEs countered by magic resistance.)
 
Dremora Valkynaz(conjuration)
Summon a Dremora Valkynaz with unique powers.
(AoE Debuff, magic resistance)
 
Dremora Guardian(conjuration)
Summon a Dremora Guardian with unique powers.

Fade step
Invoke the force of arcane to carry you forward. Costs 60 magicka.
 
 
 
Paladin Power
 
Turn the Tide(restoration)
Heal allies within 40 feet 16 points for 10 seconds, and half of the amount for the caster. Improved by restoration.
 
Paladin's Call(illusion)
Allies within 100 feet have improved combat skills, health and stamina by 45
points for 1 minute. Costs 170 magicka. Improved by illusion.
 
Paladin's Grace(restoration)
Heal the caster 8 points, increase armor by 80 points and increase magic resistance by 8% for 30 seconds.
 
Holy Flare(restoration)
Deals 60 points health and magicka damage to enemies around, reducing magic
resistance in 5 seconds. Burns undead for 20 points extra damage.
Improved by restoration.
 
Meridia's Shield(restoration)
Increases armor rating by 70 points and negates up to 70 points of spell damage
or effects for 4 seconds. Improved by restoration and ward effects.
 
Protection(alteration)
Boosts armor rating by 70 points and magic resistance by 25% for 30 seconds.
Improved by Alteration and magic armor effect. Does not punish wearing
armor.
 
Supernatural(alteration)
Boosts your speed and increases your stamina by 150 points for 30 seconds. Improved by alteration.
 
 
 
Support Powers
 
Unyielding
Invoke the power of warrior to recover health ten times faster for 10 seconds. Costs 90 Stamina.
 
Warrior's Resolve
Stamina regenerates 10x faster for 18 seconds. Costs 90 magicka.
 
Will of Lords
Regenerate magicka faster for 8 seconds. Bleeds for 4 points per second for 15 seconds, reduced by magic.
 
Omen of Warding
You take no falling damage and can swim underwater without drowning for 15 seconds. Increase carry weight by 200 points.
 
Calm the Beast(illusion)
Calm people nearby for 5 seconds. Costs 150 magicka. Improved by illusion and calm effects.
 
 
 
Dark Brotherhood
 
Summon Spectral Assassin
Summons the ghost of the legendary assassin Lucien Lachance to fight by your side for 60 seconds. Costs 90 magicka.
No magic school. He has leveled damage and extra perks, very deadly.
 
 
 
Nightingale

Nightingale Strife(destruction)
Instantly absorb 50 points of Health from the target. Costs 120 magicka. Improved by destruction.
 
Nightingale Subterfuge(illusion)
People and creatures in the spell's area of effect will attack anyone nearby
for 12 seconds. Costs 130 Magicka. Improved by illusion and frenzy
effects.
 
Shadowcloak of Nocturnal(illusion)
For 20 seconds you automatically become invisible while sneaking. Costs 140 magicka.

Mora's Agony(destruction)
Summons a field of writhing tentacles that lasts 30 seconds and poisons foes
who enter it. Inflicts 30 points poison damage for 3 seconds and
staggers them. Costs 160 magicka. Improved by destruction.
 
Mora's Boon(restoration)
Spend 120 magicka to restore 100 health and stamina, as well as 20 magicka. Improved by restoration.
 
Mora's Grasp(alteration)
Targets are frozen between Oblivion and Tamriel for 6seconds, and immune to all
damage. Costs 50 Magicka. Improved by alteration.
 
Secret of Arcana
Spells cost no magicka for 8 seconds. Costs 100 Magicka and 80 Health to activate. Reduced by magic resistance.
 
Secret of Protection
You take half damage for 15 seconds. Costs 80 magicka and depletes 100 stamina.
 
Secret of Strength
Power attacks cost no stamina for 15 seconds. Costs 100 magicka and 80 health, reduced by armor.
 
Bardic Knowledge
Summons a spectral drum that plays for 60 seconds, improving stamina regen by 140% for you and nearby allies. Costs 70 magicka.
 
Black Market
Gold from 2k to 20k. Now sells some exotic items. You guess.
 
Secret Servant
+2000 carry weight
 
Scholar's Insight
Reading Skill Books gives you 4 extra Skill Points.

Breath of Nchuak(destruction)
Draws upon stamina to release a scorching blast of steam that deals 40 points of damage per second. Costs 25 stamina per second.
 
 
 
Summon Karstaag
Summons Karstaag to fight for you for 30 seconds, only while outdoors. Costs
150 magicka/health, and depletes 200 stamina, reduced by armor.
 
 
 
All Maker Stones
They're now permanent lesser powers with specific costs
 
Bone of Earth
Caster ignores 80% of all physical damage for 8 seconds.Costs 80 stamina
 
Conjure Werebear
Summons a Werebear for 60 seconds wherever the caster ispointing. Costs 100 magicka and 80 health, reduced by armor.
If you use an enemy overhual, he could be potentially stronger. Be aware the monster!
 
North Wind
Targets take 20 points of frost damage for 10 seconds, plus stamina damage. Costs 50 health, reduced by magic resistance.
 
Root of Power
All spells cost 75% less to cast for 6 seconds. Costs 70 health, reduced by magic resistance.
 
Sun Flare
A 100 point fiery explosion centered on the caster. Does more damage to
closer targets. Costs 50 health, reduced by magic resistance.
 
Waters of Life(restoration)
Heals everyone close to the caster 200 points. Costs 200 magicka and depletes 80 stamina.

Notes
‘Reduced by magic/armor’ means the health costs of certain powers can be reduced by armor rating or magic resistance. Thus, it functions as a kind of spell cost reduction.

Two cloak powers for Death Knight are still able to benefit from destruction tree’s augmentation.

Bleed and toxic weapons will temporarily take the slots of perks’ bleeding
damage. Higher damage has been implemented to compensate this

Lots of debuffs can be stacked. However, the damage/cost ratio is inferior
compared to other mods. While a 3 second power cooldown makes them
inferior to vanilla spell spam.
 

Known Issues
Speed buffs for Predator's Move and Fade Step don't reverse after expiration. Sprint again, or do something else to reverse.

Speed debuffs for both the enemies and the player sometimes fail, due to engine limitation.

Some numbers in the spell descriptions might not show the scaling
contributed by skills and perks. This is due to engine limitation and
the complex mechanisms the powers use. However, all powers that benefit
from skills and perks have proper descriptions to tell you what skills
and perks to invest in.  Yes, they do scale, and quite a lot.
