Classic Graphics Performance ENB

This is my first ENB preset, it is designed to keep the original look of Skyrim with as much performance as possible, I have tried many performance ENB presets and most of them bring me down to 20 fps outdoors, so I decided to make my own.

This ENB was made so I could have decent visuals with better shadows on medium settings, the fps is locked to 30 for performance reasons.
Unlocked it gives about 40-50 fps, but I have slight stuttering if not locked at 30, you can unlock it if you want

All screenshots show the textures set to medium with the resolution of 1920x1080

All heavy hitting enb effects have either been disabled or set to their lowest value.

It is for my personal use but I decided to share it with the nexus in case I need it in the future or if my pc decides to die I will have it backed up.

V3 and below made for 0.377 binaries
V4 is made for 0.389

I forgot to disable the rain effect in the enb menu for V1 version
in game open the enb gui and go down to rain and disable it, otherwise you wont see your rain

particle lights and fire tweaked
ENB series edited so fog no longer follows player in a circular radius around you
recommended to use all rudy particle light mods, particle lights for overflowing magic and the newly released real fires mod that takes advantage of the particle system.
Made with ELFX in mind but should work fine with vanilla
