I was disappointed these decorative shields aren't naturally buyable, so here is a small mod that makes Holds guard's shields purchasable to decorate player's houses or simply use them in combat.

Most of Holds guard's shields are now available at local blacksmiths except :
-Winterhold : available at Birna's
-Morthal : available at the inn
They are simply added to merchant's inventory so respawn every 24h.
