Hill Side Ranch is a very simple home. The interior is really nothing special as the main focus of this house is the stables. There is no house that has a reasonably sized stable. Most houses i've found either dont have a stable or have a stable with one stall (Half the time occupied by a custom horse) So I made a house with a stable large enough for 10 horses and a field.It's located on the river between Riverwood and Whiterun.

-Follower house with room for 4 followers
-Custom Storage
-Alchamy lab
-Enchanter
-Room for 6 children & spouse
-Karinda the horse
I recommend using convient horses with this mod to keep your horses in their stalls.
Mod is not currently compatible with hearthfire multiple adopts spell: bless this home. However, using the Custom Family Home mod by WitchRiser works.
