Fabulous and incredibly immersive mod! Clean draped lines and tasteful decorative stitchery that convey warmth and contentment. A must have for every snow leporidae scaling Skryim's slopes. Always brings a smile to my face to see a follower clad in their mofumofu ... they have one because I care.
I'm nearly done with my retexture, and I noticed some issues with the meshes: Male off hoods were not fitting the coats. There is a gap between the coat and the hood on the shoulders. I fixed this. Male coats have an issue with the right sleeve. The sleeve end stays back, if npc lifts his arm for hammering on the wall or use weapons, etc. It's noteable on screenshots as a distorted sleeve end. I guess it's a flaw in the rig, but I know not much about rigging. Unfortunately I can't fix that. I will try to add a body to the coat mesh and remove the partition 34 for forearms and use alternatively the skaal gauntlets I have already retextured for my Winterclothes mod. I hope that will work. It's a pity, though, because the nice rim of the sleeves will not be visible...
If somebody could fix that coat mesh for us, it would be fantastic.
tried it and there is a complete piece missing, more specific between the arms and the gloves, the white sleeve ends..... Something to do with the transparancy settings ????? GRTZ it still is a beautiful replacer though.... hope there is a fix for this....
sorry for the late reply, but i was very busy with several real life things... anyway : when going into the nif ( mesh ) file for the gloves with nifskope, you have to change the slot definition for the UPPER part of the gloves into " 33 hands "in the dismemberskininstance option ( same as the lower part ) Greetz
I looked at this and found the cause. There are different textures layered over another and transparency attached, so you get the effect of having thick underfur and longer mainfur and different colors. But the layered transparency is not handled well by nif files, so the result is blocky, or parts are cut off at the rims or edges. This can be improved, but has its limits. Nevertheless, I honor the work of hifoo, never seen that technique before, and the models are really great.

Greetz
when checking the textures there seems to be something wrong with the normal maps files, they are all pixelated, is this normal ?
looks great btw....
