Description
This mod is simple and small. Adds in a set of heavy armor: Helm, Armor, Gauntlets, Boots, and Shield. These are God-tier pieces of armor that look like the Heavy Dragon Bone armor. This armor is imbued with the essence of Talos and each piece will reduce the shout cool down by 20%, and if you have and wear all 5 pieces it will reduce your cool down by 100%! In addition to that, each piece will have a secondary enchantment.  The armor is not leveled, so they will have the same stats regardless of the level you find them. They will also be unenchantable, but why would you want to do that? This armor will NOT be easy to come by, but will be well worth it in the end.

The stats for each piece is as follows:
Talos' Helm:
Weight: 8
Armor Rating: 30
Value: 1500
Enchantment: 20% reduction in Shout Cool Down and 15% Fire Resistance

Talos' Shield:
Weight: 15
Armor Rating: 50
Value: 1600
Enchantment: 20% reduction in Shout Cool Down and blocks 15% more damage

Talos' Gauntlets:
Weight: 8
Armor Rating: 25
Value: 800
Enchantment: 20% reduction in Shout Cool Down and you can improve weapons and armor 15% more

Talos' Boots:
Weight: 8
Armor Rating: 27
Value: 600
Enchantment: 20% reduction in Shout Cool Down and 50 extra carry weight

Talos' Armor:
Weight: 40
Armor Rating: 60
Value: 4000
Enchantment: 20% reduction in Shout Cool Down and 20 points added to your Heavy Armor Skill

Wearing the full set, including the shield will give you an Armor rating of 192 before improving the armor, 100% reduction in your Shout Cool Down, 15% resistance to fire, improve weapons and armor 15% more, block 15% more damage, +50 to your carry weight, and +20 to your heavy armor skill. Note that these values are subject to change as I tweak this mod.

Install
Use NMM or your favorite Mod Manager.  
Manual install and uninstall is not recommended at this time

Future Plans
There will be a version where each piece but the shield gives a 25% reduction to shout cool down for those that use 2-handed weapons, with the shield having a different enchantment.  Alternately, might add in a ring too so that to get to the 100% reduction in the cool down you will need all the armor pieces, the ring, and an amulet of Talos.

Once I learn how to create models and textures all pieces will be modeled to look like the armor found on the Talos statues found around Skyrim.

I also plan on porting this over to SSE once I have this one in a finished state. What I mean by finished state is that I plan on making no more changes or additions besides fixing bugs. Until then, it will be only for Oldrim, and any ports are not authorized by myself or anyone associated with Blue Beard Modding.;

Notes
CURRENT VERSION IS A TEST AND MAY NOT WORK PROPERLY. IF YOU INSTALL THIS MOD AND RUN INTO ANY BUGS, LET ME KNOW SO THAT I CAN FIX THEM. THE REASON FOR A TEST VERSION IS THAT I DO NOT HAVE A TEST CHARACTER FOR OLDRIM AT THIS TIME. THINK OF THIS AS A PUBLIC ALPHA OF THIS MOD.
