Immersive Tax Evasion imprisons Nazeem due to crimes against Skyrim and her people. It turns out that Nazeem's business was not as successful as he likes to gloat, and he has actually been evading tax to try to make ends meet. This led to chaos between Elrindir, Nazeem, and Ahlam, resulting in Nazeem and Ahlam's eviction. Nazeem has now been imprisoned due to these crimes, and Chillfurrow farm is abandoned. For more information, speak to Ahlam upstairs in the Drunken Huntsman. This mod must be loaded after immersive citizens and probably after any other mods that edit Nazeem.
