+ Navmeshed, followers can go inside and outiside;
+ Blacksmith furniture outside: smelter, armor workbench, anvil, grindstone;
+ Alchemy, Enchantment, Cooking;
+ Lots of storage: strong boxes, chests, end tables, wardrobe;
+ Bed;
