Great enb, the best one I have used so far. One problem though: NIGHT IS SUPER DARK! I am using elfx interiors and ELE as well as all the requirements, but only night is super dark that I can not see a thing even with torches.
Can I use this without ENB? Or can I even use graphics mods without using ENB? My laptop can't handle ENB and I really want to use some graphics mod that makes the game realistic
I am sorry, but with all the respect, the screenshots you provided, didn't helping to evaluate your work on the ENB preset, at least to make experienced users to download it and try. Of course It's not critics, because I can explain my thoughts beyond the personal opinion as a small list of advises:

Could you please provide screenshots in more logical order? For example, two-three screenshots of the landscape during the day, night and sunset; a couple of screenshots of interiors and dungeons and a couple pics with the NPCs and creatures. Also without any the video I really doubt that someone will download the ENB preset if he already have another, since it needs to be carefully backed up and replaced. I also hope that you didn't mentioned other authors (which made all modules you use) not intentionally? Because if you don't credit the work of others you simply breaking the rules of Nexus. Even if some colors was initially based on other authors work you must credit them. Returning to description: you need to provide the names of separate modules you used (e.g. bloom, DoF, etc.). Also you need to provide the gamma level (monitor and game setting), on which your settings was based. Please do provide the main lighting and weather mods used for screenshots so people would able get the same picture as you trying to give them by sharing your work. As for the current screenshots, it seems you have not calibrated monitor, because on my calibrated screen (gamma 1.0) the screenshots looks very unnatural and unbalanced, definitely not vivd as you mentioned. The white balance attenuates the brightness down while significantly deceasing the contrast and making the details in shadows look too bright, so that the dynamic range of the color tones is missing. The exposure is too low. Each scene does not feel like dark or light, so that there is no difference between the evening and day on screenshots.
Long way of saying you cant be bothered to take two minutes to try it. Yet spend more than that, to say all that instead. Sigh...
Doesn't matter anyway. Mods like this have their fate sealed before they even upload. Unless the screenshots had naked female in them this would not go anywhere anyway. I however thank the author for sharing this mod for free with us
