New characteristics: walls of:   flames- sets enemyes on fire make them run because they are burning ofc... and adds a like suffering from smoke, burn                                                                                        behaviour, npc wont just run only... 
                                                        frost- being a powerfull frost spell, npc on contact will get body parts frozen and beying unable to move for very short                                                                                       periods of time... 
                                                        storm- npc gets striked and knockdown because of lightnings on hit and alsow gets stamina and magicka damage for few                                                                                 seconds after gettin hit (lightning after effect) including health damage ofc 
 
Sparks- surrounds enemyes by lightnings once is hit and makes him run away a bit on panic while taking shock damage. 
Flames- surrounds enemyes by flames once is hit and makes him run away a bit on panic while taking fire damage. 
Frostbite- surrounds enemyes by frost ice once is hit and makes him run away a bit on panic while taking frost damage. 
 
Tested on hight level npc (modded hp) to test it's efficiency so no beying usless on hight levels or strong enemyes.
