I disabled the merchant restock exploit fix by changing the line fom "TRUE" to "FALSE" in the ini file, which upon testing seemed to worked fine. I checked the log file after though, after it still had records of applying the fix while I was testing, even though it didn't. Is this intentional behaviour or does that mean something is wrong?

I am looking for help and decided to write to you. First of all i am author Grid Translation Fix mod, and many other mods and fixes outside nexus. Last 3 weeks i try find determinate reasons causing ctd`s on cell translations. And i know what i next say. After more then 80 hours of test i found myself in a dead end.For test i use next mods: SKSE, BFSEffects, SkyUI, Touring Carriages and Alternate Start. As i found LE game can overloaded from cloak spells from mods, and if this mods disabling ctds chanse very low. But if we enable some mods with cloak effect and add mod like BFSEffects with react on this effect - game start spam to engine through OnHit() and OnMagicEffect() events.
But not this cloak mods and not BFSEffects are real cause ctds, this mods just provoke game engine to crash.
Mod Touring Carriages need for help test, automate. Need go on carriage from Whiterun stable to Windhelm - this path most ctds causing.
For multiple chance ctds and overload game engine need copy BFSEffects.esp 10 times, that is have 11 versions of this mod and have 11 cloak effect in game on player and have 22 events on each NPCs.
This 11 cloak effects will spam Apply effect. With this cloaks mods and Touring Carriages possibly have very rare (during normal play) CTDs on almost every trip (more often than not it’s even impossible to get to the end trip).
Thats all only test stand for fixed CTDs causing. Next i try find reason... but after disable half game i still cant found. I disable all quests\events and many more. I dont know what need disable more for find reason CTDs... maybe you know that. Ty.

I just commented on another user's post but I want to really emphazise just how much this mod helped bring back the joy of playing Skyrim. The "ability condition bug" had silently killed many of my most essential mods during my +200hs playthrough. I gave up on Skyrim for a couple of months because I couldn't pin the issue, but then found this miracolous fix of yours in LE version and gave it a try. Everything came back to life again! Thank you so much.

: I rarely comment but in your case I stopped everything to take priority to write here on how your mod solved one of the greatest problems ever in this game and my works with Mods I was facing for years. Guess finally my search is over. Seriously, I don't know why Bethesda never cared to fix these minor details that happens with frequency & probably deranged many people not only gamers but modders as well. I doubt if Bethesda fixed those bugs on Special Edition and Anniversary Edition. In my point of view Bethesda only cared for the game's name and not the game itself. Seeing the Mod Community doing these things, probably they did more than Bethesda.

The Active Effect Time Imprecision Bug was the worst of all, as I'm with important mods I'm developing around 3 years now, great part of my problem were around this as I made several special spells with conditions but all ended with this bug interrupting the progress and the development concepts. I wasted almost a year creating separate scripts just to make "maintenance" of those spells and toasting creativity to work them in another way or alternative. I think this issue in vanilla is more apparent with the Shield Charge Perk, as it was in my case, and stops working from nothing, but probably there are many other perks, effects and spells that suffer the same. I tried to create a mod with a script to make maintenance of the Shield Charge Spell but I'm terrible with scripting. Thanks to this issue at one point I ended here.

I had also an rare case that the Poison Gas Trap (specially in Calcelmo's Laboratory) got its negative effect stuck on my character because I stayed in the trap for too long, I haven't tested yet but I believe that your mod fixes also this particular bug.

The underwater bug was also irritating, maybe because I'm Argonian player, but I also did a dungeon that had this underwater bug constantly since 80% of the dungeon is underwater exploration. I stayed 10 Min swimming underwater and this bug not appeared. Finally I can die in peace now.

The arrow bug was another reason I gave up archery as its better used for stealth but my strategy was ruined great part of the time with this bug, with more frequency in 3rd person view. I think I finally can make use of bows again.

Seriously, now if I launch a new mod I'll make damn sure your mod be top mandatory to download before anything. If a person refuses to download this mod, man, they want to surely suffer.

Just an opinion mine... if you don't mind... Leaving your mod's name just as "Cobb Bug Fixes" leave things quite vague. People usually tend to search for a mod based on what they want or are facing another circumstance; Sometimes leaving vague names don't draw much attention from the user.
In my case when I was searching for a mod that could fix the Active Effect Condition bug, I was searching around using words like, "Skyrim Condition Bug Fix", "Skyrim Magic Condition Bug Fix", "Skyrim Active Spell Magic Condition Fix Mod" and so on. I only discovered your mod because of this post you wrote documenting the aforementioned bug. If I had not searched in your files section I'd never have discovered this mod yours. So it's important to give proper name for mods, even if it need to be long. I learned this in the hard way.

I hope to see another miracle like this mod.   ;3

if possible, please consider porting this to AE, especially the bug fix for Vampire feeding softlock.
can't find anything similar for AE.

You sir are my hero.  This fixed the annoying crouched archery bug that I've been annoyed with for years. I've searched for solutions in the past to no avail. How i missed this mod is beyond me.!

Farkas is wearing steel armor in the Vanilla game. USLEEP changes it to Wolf Armor.
