Skeletons (named as Skeletons in CK) will now have a 100% chance of carrying 20 Rusty Arrows.
1.0:
For Dragur, Bandits and Forsworn they will have an 80% chance of having 20 Rusty Arrows, with the exception of Orc Hunters who will have none, and the standard ENC Hunters will always have 20 in their inventory.
