Orcas, or killer whales, are the largest of the dolphins and one of the most powerful predators of the cold sea. They are immediately recognizable by their underwater "singing" and their distinctive black-and-white coloring, large size and huge mouth filled with sharped teeth, creating a sadistic smile when opened.

Ubisoft Sofia, for the permission to use their assets or part of their assets on my nonprofit,
fan-made mods, as clarified in the contact between the community and a company
representative, and as it was initially recognized and interpreted by Nexus.

To paraphrase the message from the responsible, the company sees no problem in using its
game assets in non-commercial mods, as long as this use follows the rules I will explain below,
and of course I commit to following. It was also clarified in this contact that material that
may belong to third parties, such as sponsor brand logos, and the like, should not be used to avoid
copyright issues with assets that transcend company copyright, but this is not the case here. 

Remembering, as resquested 
by Ubisoft, that this content:

It's not endorsed by Ubisoft or associates, 
or related to their games, specially Assassin's Creed: Rogue;

It's not made for commercial usage, it's completely nonprofit,
as all of my work, including my fully authoral work;

And i don't own it, so, i don't challenge 
Ubisoft's copyright on such assets.

Of course on my mods this assets can be modified or increased in order to fit the lore, mechanics, animations, and other goals, of the mod for Tes 5: Skyrim where they are now part here on my nonprofit creative series, but this modifications are not endorsed by Ubisoft, just kindly allowed by her,  and they do not damage Ubisoft's image, because are used for serious and respectfull projects.

Users: as allways you can use my mods on your mods, but if the assets or part of the assets of a mod of mine you want to use have this disclaimer, please post this disclaimer on your mod page, and follow the same usage rules.

Orcas, or killer whales, are the largest of the dolphins and one of the most powerful predators of the cold sea. They are immediately recognizable by their underwater loud "singing" and by their distinctive black-and-white coloring, large size and huge mouth filled with sharped teeth, creating a sadistic smile when opened.

Orcas have never been extensively hunted by humans, and commonly also do not attack them
if not harmed first. They feast on marine mammals such as seals, sea lions, horkers, and
even whales, employing teeth that can be four inches long. They are known to grab horkers
right off the ice. They also eat fish, squids and seabirds. 
Though they often frequent cold, coastal waters, orcas can be found from the ice coasts of skyrim to the waters around the deserts of hammerfell, despite that, they seems to not occur on the seas of solstheim.

Orcas hunt in deadly pods, family groups of up to 10 individuals. The pod use effective, cooperative hunting techniques that some liken to the behavior of wolf packs. Whales and dolphins make a wide variety of communicative sounds, and each pod has distinctive noises that its members will recognize even at a distance. They use echolocation to communicate and hunt, making sounds that travel underwater until
they encounter objects, then bounce back, revealing their location, size, and shape.

This mod in particularly adds only a pod of something around 10 individuals that
roams across all the sea of ghosts on the north coast of skyrim, hunting for prey.

This mod should be compatible with almost all other mods.
In mods that expands Dawnstar, this can cause the Orcas to be stucked out of water.
