Also, if you hit something, sometimes they kinda glitch and T-pose flat to the ground, so to fix that, launch 'em again with another cabbage, and they'll un-stick from T-pose when they finally land.
Lastly, sometimes, the mobs might get knocked back and take a huge amount of fall damage, but not quite die so if you launch them again, they might get stuck with a semi-invincibility period after getting back up from getting tossed about, then magically recover all the health lost and go back to what they was doing before. I kept getting this at the bandit mine right behind Whiterun in the big room with the mammoth. It was funny just tossing the bandit chief around over and over and over... fun times... fun times...
