About this mod
This adds 2 new spells that do some surprising things.
Cabbage lobber - It shoots cabbages that launch the enemy on contact.
Time Master - A stronger, spell version of the shout "Slow Time".

Due to the critical lack of time and cabbage (and the suggestion of discord users)
I have spent years (a day, due to one of the spells) in a cave experimenting to produce these spells.
They have been given to Alvor the blacksmith (Riverwood), as he is a good guy.
