Hello, Anduniel. Just wanted to let you know I'm also having the same problems as those other posts when starting in Proudspire with ASLAL. The children's room is not there and jumping above the grindstone makes my character start swimming (complete with drowning). I'm going to do some more testing with my load order to try to find the culprit because otherwise this really is the comfiest Proudspire mod. :)

Well sorry but again, I don't know. I did most of my testing with Proudspire ASLAL, and it was fine. The only time I had the problem of kids room not being there was when I coc directly from loading screen (ie. not actually starting a "game"), and I did not get the swimming thing, trying the grindstone and workbench and ingots chest from every angle. Do you have any mods that alter water models?? I use Realistic Water 2 but I think that's about it, and I think that only alters exterior waters but not sure -- *and* it loads very last.

Thanks for answering! I think I got the children's room problem figured out. When choosing Proudspire manor as starting point, ASLAL loads in every upgrade *except* the child's room, but with the mod the door still appears where the wall would be, just opening up into a void. Just purchased the upgrade from Falk Firebeard and the room shows up normally (which in retrospect it seems pretty obvious).

Still have no idea about the swimming thing, since I'm only using RW2 as well and disabling it doesn't seem to work. But the grindstone itself works just fine, so I can live with it until I find a proper fix. Looking forward to using this in my new playthrough.

Damn, i can't find the source of the conflict your mods are having in my load order but i just cannot load my last game, wait/sleep or start a new game if vlindrel hall and/or proudspire manor are checked without a ctd. I'll still send you the pics i managed to take in vlindrel - i'll miss that one the most and hope it't just unique to my set-up, thanks for sharing your creativity. cheers

Thanks in advance for the pics, but I ASSURE you, it's not my mods' fault.

Sure, just load it in the CK, find the shrine and use the Find and Replace tool.

Not really comfortable at the use of CK at the moment. I am trying to learn it at Fo4:s version :)

Just what I've been looking for, a homey Proudspire house.
I'll be using this one on my next play through, excellent work again Anduriel!

The bad lighting in this house was my main issue but now you actually corrected it, bravo. Haven't bought the house yet to try your mod but since i'm enjoying your take on vlindrel hall i'll go interrupt the potema's ritual asap. Thanks for sharing it, will endorse soon

I, too, am getting a swimming bug in the forge area directly beneath the tub upstairs. It's like the water on the floor above extends down too far that causes this effect? I am playing a slightly taller than average character (1.03), perhaps that plays into this? Try jumping in that corner of the forge area if you don't get the bug normally, and you should see it.

So i started a new game with live another life to check it out and made sure to load it after live another life and i run into two problems, first the childs room didnt show up, it was just an empty space out of the game border where you would fall to the area below, and the other problem is at the grindstone just below the bath area, if i jump at the grindstone i would start swiming in the air XD

Other than that the house looks great :D, simple but awesome mod, thanks.

The first one, the only time I had the problem of the child room not being there was when I coc direct from the loading screen, w/o actually "starting a game." But when I started with LAL starting in Proudspire Manor it was definitely there. Which start did you choose?
Grindstone swimming??? I swear I've NEVER had that with a grindstone. It's just a vanilla grindstone, nothing special. Sounds like one of those Skyrim glitches...

I started with the usual "I own property in one of the holds" and chose the Proudspire Manor, for the girndstone i would be swiming just above it right below the pool area...

Very odd cuz as i said the start in Proudspire Manor definitely worked for me with the kids room, that's how I took the picture of it.
Bath... damn... I think I may have a solution...
Edit: I do not get the swimming thing in game in SSE, and it's a direct backport. I tested from every angle around the grindstone, it worked properly. The only thing I got was a delay of several seconds before the interaction menu came up, but it worked, no swimming. I cannot reproduce the issue.

    Hi Anna,

I see you also have Anna's Vlindrel Hall. Any plans to complete the other vanilla player homes?

Not sure about the others. I have two really nice mods for Hjerim I want to try out (if I can ever manage to complete that stupid buggy "Blood on the Ice"). I made one for Honeyside but also have "Sweet as Honeyside" I want to try, and for Breezehome I use a combination of Elianora's with some fixes I made to it. We'll just have to see. Thanks for your interest!
