This is a mod that gives you unlimited shouts meaning you can shout and not have to wait to shout again.

The mod gives the dragonborn the power to use shouts whenever he\she wants when you play skyrim you think hmm well if i'm dragonborn why can't i shout whenever i want like dragons can? well with this mod you can do just that you can shout whenever you want!
At dragonsreach there is a strongbox on the court wizards desk inside is a book\spell tome called unlimited shouts once you use it it will put the unlimited shouts effect in your magic effects so you will always have unlimited shouts.
also if you have a mod like INeed or a mod that ups shout cooldown time then it may conflict a bit with this mod as it has 100% shout cooldown time Example: INeed if your hungry or thirsty or tired it lowers your skills\stats\more cooldown time this mod still works with INeed but make sure your char is taken care of so you will get the full benefit from this mod.
