A.Place it in the same folder as skse_loader.exe and just start the game from this bat instead of skse_loader.exe(folder where TESV.exe.)
the file changes Windows power settings,
The power supply is in performance mode while Skyrim is running.
When Skyrim finishes, it returns to the balance setting

LEって中途半端にマルチコア対応してるんだけど
その中途半端な部分が負荷低すぎて全然クロック上がらないんでSkyrim起動中は全コア最大クロックで動作させてるだけ
オーバークロックしてる人程効果あると思う
省エネ機能なんか知らねえ常に高パフォーマンスだぜっていう真のノルドはこのbat使う必要ないです
