    I Have updated the mod to version 1.3 and added and fixed some of the issues mentioned in the comment section of both LE and SE versions.

    PATCH NOTES.

    Added 5 new customizable banner options to suit Stormcloaks and Imperials.
    Added 1 new female vendor.
    Added the ability to hire or fire the male and female vendors.
    Added another purchase home activator.
    Fixed an issue with SMIM causing burning logs to appear with large rocks around them.
    Fixed a few lighting issues both inside and out.
    Fixed Black face bug on vendors.
    Fixed a floating tree issue for a user having compatibility issues.
    Fixed an exterior structural inaccuracy, Armory hub window has been moved to correct location to mirror the interior.
    Fixed a row of interior floor tiles not lined up correctly.
    Added new items to house vendors including gold.
    Updated forms for skyrim special edition version.

    Ok so I have not tried this yet, downloading now, but from the pictures and description this looks like a much bigger version of Elianora's fantastic home mod Routa. Similar in style, decoration and location. Inspiration taken from that mod?
    Can I say I find the option to make the house Imperial is a bit strange. I mean seriously you would want to have a death wish to put imperial banners all over your house if you live right outside Stormcloak central. Dragonborn or no Dragonborn I don't see Ulfric popping in for a mug of ale

    but how to customize it? where to hire a vendor? i had read comment bellow about hiring and customizing through a book, sadly i couldn't find that book....

      nope.. but i do find that key that hanging at the wall in a bar inside the house are interactive, just got to find the hot spot to interact with it

    There is a floor texture glitch, that makes it constantly shift between wood and stone floor.

      The wood floor texture seems stuck and mixes up with whatever floor is chosen.

    Hey K13RAN, I just wanted to say this is the single most beautiful home mod I've ever seen for Skyrim. Absolutely stunning, seriously, amazing work.

    I did want to ask though...

    I'm the Dovahkiin who ends up with an entire guild of followers, a spouse, and eventually two children to boot. While this home is absolutely gorgeous, I was wondering if there's any chance we can get an extra room or two with enough beds for children. There are three sleeping places already, which I think is plenty enough for followers, however unfortunately there's nowhere for kids to sleep! Would it be possible for us to get a version with room for the Dovahkids? Maybe an extra bedroom downstairs, near the office area? Just an idea.

    Either way I think this is an excellent home mod. Definitely gets an endorsement from me, and I hope to see plenty more projects from you in the future! With talent like this, all you can do is flaunt it!

    EDIT: I've found a minor bug in the design of the home. It would seem you can interact with the "Scrolls" container (glass faced bookcase) through the wall in the pantry (room left of the main entrance, when you come in). If you look just to the right of the skull on the shelf from inside of the pantry, you can interact with that scrolls container, which is on the other side of that wall. Just thought I'd mention it, really no big deal.

    Deleted Navmeshes

    I just wanted to check something with you. There are a number of deleted Navmeshes in this mod, which seems to be a practice that is frowned upon, because of the problems it causes. Is there a way of handling changes to the navmeshes, so they aren't deleted altogether? Deleted navmeshes can lead to issues of random crashing when the game and other mods expect them to be there. For example, if you look through the navmesh record, 12FB4, you can see the records of the deleted navmeshes are still being referenced. This means the pathfinding will attempt to access those navmeshes, but data is no longer there.

    Hi K13RAN64,

    Great mod! I have a query regarding one of your changes to the record "DweLever02" (Form id: 0008f3fa).
    You have made changes to the "Virtual machine adapter" part of the record. This lever is also used by the following mods;

    Falskaar
    Beyond Reach
    Maids II
    Moon and Star
    Project AHO
    Legacy of the Dragonborn.

    I don't know if you have any of these mods installed, but do you envisage any adverse effects related to the changes you've made to the virtual machine adapter for the DweLever02 record?

    Report of conflict for anyone using "Skybirds - Airborne Perching Birds" mod (APB)
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Eastmarch Manor deletes the record "WRMainRoadPlainsRiver01ACT [FormId: 0010e97a), which is used in airborne perching birds "_APBRadarList2" record. I'm not sure what the result will be, but it is possible that having both APB and Eastmarch manor installed may cause random CTD's because APB will be referencing a record that is now deleted by Eastmarch manor.

    SOLUTION. For people using APB, then open TES5EDIT, and go to record XX00d57a (where XX is the APB mod number). Then create your own patch by copying this APB record. Then, find and delete WRMainRoadPlainsRiver01ACT from "_APBRadarList2" list of form id's, and save your patch.
